The sun's finally come out. And that means one thing: everyone wants to listen to UKG again! As inherently amazing as UK garage is, it doesn't feel right banging out old Steve Gurley B-sides under the covers on a dismal December evening, does it? One man who understands just how well nice days and garage go together is Steve Jude, aka Noodles.
On Saturday night Noodles will be joined by Mike Ruff Cut Lloyd, DNR, and a super secret special guest plucked from the Swamp 81 roster, and the whole gang will be heading down to Shoreditch for a vinyl-only evening at the Book Club, as part of his long running Club Jum Jum series. To get you in the mood for that, Noodles dropped us a line and asked if we wanted to let you all have a listen to this heavily-swung set of bass-heavy house and garage.
