The Big Night Out Soundsystem Are Playing at Bestival

The festival season is almost over. That sucks, because – in turn – it means that summer is almost over. But the saving grace is that it also means Bestival – the Isle of Wight's answer to Primavera; a Glastonbury you can actually get tickets to without sending a picture of your face to Michael Eavis a year in advance – is fast approaching. In fact, it starts this Thursday the 5th, so I'm assuming you'll already have your tickets by now.

The line-up this year is amazing, featuring Elton John, Snoop Dogg, Wu-Tang Clan, Carl Cox, Julio Bashmore, DJ EZ and basically everyone you could ever hope to see on a night out packaged into one tidy, nautical-themed weekend.

The Big Night Out Soundsystem – AKA the guys behind our Big Night Out video series – have a set at 1:30AM on Sunday morning in the Swamp Shack, where they'll be playing tunes to keep you going until the birds start singing and your eyes stop flickering.
