Everyone's in the Olympic spirit, right? Well, whether you are or not, this clip from Usain Bolt: The Movie should get you into gear. It is, after all, a movie about the fastest man on the planet.

The film, a French/British co-production, is a 2-hour documentary split into two parts; the first is called The Fastest Man Alive and the second is called The Legend. They both follow the runner as he prepares for this year's Olympics. The DVD and VOD just got released in the UK today (August 6), so here's a taster to make you ask yourself, how the hell did they manage to keep the guy in frame?
