The last time he pulled this, it was because he wanted to talk about how Kim Kardashian was pregnant, and also he needed to wear a bunch of psycho masks or else something terrible might have happened. He ranted while his band played a terrifying version of "Clique," starting by simply talking and then launching into the most opulent Based Freestyle of all time, sing-ranting in the most endearing and bizarre method possible. The best part was probably when he was screaming at the top of his lungs, or maybe all of it was the best part.
