Vice President Joe Biden had a string of choice words for Donald Trump in response to the Republican nominee's apparent dig at army vets struggling with PTSD on Monday."Where in the hell is he from?" the vice president said while campaigning for Clinton in Sarasota, Florida. "I don't think he was trying to be mean. He is just so thoroughly, completely uninformed."Biden was, of course, commenting on the latest installment in Donald Trump's ever-expanding week from hell, where he told a town-hall forum on Monday that some veterans coming home from war "can't handle" what they've seen in combat."When people come back from war and combat and they see maybe what people in this room have seen many times over—and you're strong and you can handle it—but a lot of people can't handle it, and they see horror stories," Trump said in Virginia. The nominee went on to comment about the need for more robust mental-health services in the country, but his ill-choice of words caused enough damage for his critics to run with.Biden, who said he's "been in and out of Iraq and Afghanistan over 29 times," gave a rousing speech about veterans returning from war and the realities of what US troops face abroad and at home."What are the chances Trump honors commitment to those who are wounded?"
