The Pouncey twins just can't seem to stay out of trouble. Miami Dolphins center Mike and his Pittsburgh Steeler brother Maurkice, are now potentially facing a lawsuit stemming from a man who claims the brothers assaulted him at Cameo Nightclub in Miami Beach Friday night at the twins' birthday party.

Riquan James, who goes by Ricky Vasquez, took to the social media site about 5:00am Saturday morning to explain the situation:

James then posted a video on Instagram to explain further. "I didn't know that stuff like this actually fucking happens to people. All I can remember is standing in a crowded club and this big guy keeps hitting me in my back, I look at him and I'm like, OK, he's obviously turned up. And he just keeps hitting me. I ignore it. I keep ignoring the guy—he's calling me a faggot. I realize that there's two of the guys. Now they're both in my face. The next thing I know, Honey tries to break it up. One of them punches Honey in the face, the other one punches me or the same one, I don't know. Security comes."

Through their attorney Marwan Porter, the victims—James, 32-year-old Niya Pickett, and 24-year-old Brentley "Honey" Williams—are expected to announce their intention to file a lawsuit at a 6 p.m. press conference tonight according to NBC 6 South Florida.

If you recall, Cameo is the same club where the Pounceys sported "Free Hernandez" hats in support of college teammate and alleged murderer Aaron Hernandez.
