Float Into Gab Rhome's Anjunadeep Debut with "Drifting"

The taste and polish that you've come to expect from the elegant Gab Rhome.

Throughout the last two years, Montreal's Gab Rhome has consistently released compelling and emotive tracks, touching on the elegant side of the deep house genre.

His sophisticated style has grabbed the attention of some of the most prominent artists from around the world. With 13 tracks on Beatport to date, the nascent producer has released on labels such as Sasha's Last Night On Earth, Guy Gerber's Supplement Facts, and Lee Burridge & Matthew Dekay's All Day I Dream.

It's not hard to imagine big things for Rhome with support like that. His next release will be his debut on Above & Beyond's sublabel Anjunadeep, only adding to enviable backings.

His latest three-track EP Drifting represents Rhome's wide-ranging ability in the studio. The title track's comprehensive pads coupled with Rhome's delicately layered vocals are placed on top of a persistent bass line. It's a strong opening to an otherwise more subtle EP. With consistent quality releases such as these, imagination might be the only barrier for what is yet to come from the French-Canadian.

Drifting is out for release on March 16, 2015. Listen to the title track "Drifting" above.
