the bomb is an immersive film, music, and art installation that puts viewers at the center of the story of nuclear weapons. VICE went behind the scenes of its premiere at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival in New York.

Inspired by the book Command and Control, the bomb incorporates live music and intense visual imagery to tell the history of nuclear weapons and how their effects are felt across the globe.

Next, the bomb will be presented at Sydney's renowned contemporary arts center, Carriageworks, during the 2018 Sydney Festival on January 23 and 24. The Acid will perform their live score in front of two massive 30-foot screens that will fill the former industrial space. Starting today, the Acid's original soundtrack for the bomb is available for download on all platforms. The vinyl release of the album will follow in early 2018.
