It feels like we're living in a different world to the one we found ourselves in when Odd Future burst into the public consciousness in the late 2000s, and the collective has left its mark on music indelibly since then. Members have grown and evolved into fully fledged artists and producers in their own right, and despite their early reputation for shock and gore, they've become well-respected in their various fields and genres.

One of the best loved Odd Future projects was MellowHype, formed of members Hodgy and Left Brain, whose last official release came in the form of the 2014 mixtape INSA (I Need Some Answers). Last night, the duo shared a new song, "Tisk"—which features a chilly sample, with both rappers floating sporadically over it—via Hodgy's Soundcloud page. On Twitter, he also told fans "2018 here we are wait for the album." Let's hope he means it, and in the meantime, you can scroll down and rinse "Tisk" below.
