Margo Price's Gutsy Second Album 'All American Made' is Now Streaming

You can listen to the follow-up to 'Midwest Farmer's Daughter' over on NPR.

Country music upstart Margo Price shook the genre last year, when she released her debut album Midwest Farmer's Daughter. Not content with all the fuss she caused then, she almost immediately began recording its follow-up, All American Made, after the election last November, and now, almost a year later (jeez), it's streaming on NRP ahead of its release on October 20.

This time, combining elements from outside the country genre to create a broader sound, Price is looking past herself and out into the world, as the fact that she was spurred on by the election outcome might suggest. Speaking to NPR, she said "You can only write so many songs about your personal struggle. It's more about what's going on outside than what's going on inside." With moments touching on soul and gospel, All American Made is worldlier than its younger sibling, but it still has the same heart. Listen to it right now, here.
