Before getting elected to Congress, Marjorie Taylor Greene spent her free time confronting a teen survivor of a school shooting on the street and calling him a “coward” when he refused to engage with her.

On Tuesday, she got a taste of her own medicine, and it turns out she doesn’t like it.

The Georgia congresswoman and several of her colleagues had to end a press conference early on Tuesday after protesters drowned them out by blowing a whistle and yelling. The protest, which took place outside the Department of Justice and featured six GOP members of Congress, including Rep. Greene, Matt Gaetz, Louie Gohmert, and Paul Gosar, targeting Attorney General Merrick Garland over the prosecution and treatment of Capitol riot protesters.

“We have received reports about mistreatment in the jails,” Gohmert said. “We have been asking for months for meetings with the attorney general.”

One man in particular kept blowing a whistle to drown out the Republicans’ voices.

When she took the podium, Greene acknowledged the heckler, saying, “We are not deterred, so for anyone who’s here being an activist and yelling today, here’s the statement I need everyone to understand: We will not back down, we will not stop asking questions, we are looking for the truth.”

Moments later, however, the press conference ended abruptly amid the whistling, and after a group of protesters got behind the podium with signs bearing messages such as “Traitors and rapists, sit down.”

Greene was whisked away by an aide. Gaetz, who is under investigation for possible sex trafficking, did not have such an easy time getting away, as he was followed to a car by a group of reporters and protesters. One protester asked him repeatedly: “Are you a pedophile?”

Following the press conference, Greene took to Twitter to denounce the protesters as “radical communist leftists” who are “hell-bent on silencing free speech.”

“Just like in California, BLM/Antifa domestic terrorists formed a mob to try to shut down America First voices fighting for truth,” Greene tweeted, referencing the failure of her tour with Gaetz to find a venue willing to have them in Orange County, California, earlier this month. “I refuse to back down to the vile left & will continue to demand answers on J6.”
