Enter the Space Race with Proxy's Video for "10,000"

Old propoganda, new bass.

"From the ashes of the Soviet empire, from the flames of history, rises PROXY," reads PROXY's Facebook page. "Post 9/11 rave vibes cloaked in Muscovite angst. A line drawn in smoking rubble along the border dividing East and West, Stüssy and Spetsnaz." if that sounds unbelievable or confusing, the video for the first track off the Russian producer's two-track EP should clear things up. "10,000" is space race propoganda set to an anxious, building wobble. Trying to turn all the way up in zero gravity? This should help you get there.

PROXY rose to power under the guiding wing of Tiga's Turbo Recordings, producing remixes for the likes of Peaches, Tiga, Boys Noize and Moby. On May 26, he'll release his debut EP under Feed Me's Sotto Voce, a brand new label for which 10,000/Nemezis is also their first release.
