We Analyze Cities in Games, Systemic Storytelling on Waypoint Radio
This podcast, like the Phantom Thieves, will steal your heart.

For the vast majority of people who cannot stand that it's Monday, we have something for you: a new episode of Waypoint Radio. Austin, Danielle, Rob, and myself huddled around some microphones to discuss the tension between explicit and systematic storytelling in games (as evidenced by games like Stellaris and Breath of the Wild), my inability to cope with Persona 5's social stresses, and more. During our tour of The Question Bucket, we grapple with the prospect of friends in your regular gaming group acting shitty—the sexist, racist kind of shitty.
You can subscribe on iTunes, Google Play, and Stitcher. If you're using something else, this RSS link should let you add the podcast to whatever platform you'd like. Please take a moment and review the podcast, especially on iTunes. It really helps.
Interaction with you is a big part of this new podcast, so make sure to send any questions you have for us to firstname.lastname@example.org with the header "Questions." (Without the quotes!) We can't guarantee we'll answer all of your questions, but rest assured, we'll be taking a look at them.
Remember: we record live on our Twitch. Keep an eye on Twitter (@waypoint) on Monday and Friday morning, if you want to know when we're getting started.
And make sure to swing back to Waypoint on Friday for the next episode.
