With its sunlight-bathed dining room and understatedly delicious, St. John-inspired menu, it's little wonder Shoreditch restaurant Lyle's achieved its first Michelin star in September, less than two years after opening.

Continuing in this #restaurantgoals vein, next month the team welcomes Parisian chef Bertrand Grébaut to cook as part of the Guest Series, a set of one-off dinner events that recently played host to Swedish uberchef Daniel Berlin.

After a stint at L'Arpège under French cooking legend Alain Passard, Grébaut opened Septime in 2011. The 11th arrondissement restaurant nailed the chilled fine dining vibe, soon winning a Michelin star and a place on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list.

For his Guest Series dinner, Grébaut will cook alongside Lyle's head chef James Lowe, merging contemporary French cuisine with the restaurant's signature take on seasonal British ingredients.

We're giving one London MUNCHIES reader the chance to win a table for two, including wine, at Lyle's' and Grébaut's set-menu dinner on Monday 1 February at 8 PM. All you have to do is enter your details below.
