This is the most adorable non-corgi video I’ve seen on the Internet. Apparently Huug Bosse underwent hip surgery and came out of anesthesia with a complete inability to stop laughing. And apparently to stop annoying his beleaguered wife. If you don’t speak Dutch, read the subtitles, unless you don’t want to be giggling like a baby too.

Apparently, this is, according to a doctor CBS consulted, a case of pseudobulbar affect, a condition that causes excessive emotional outbursts.

Whatever the scientific explanation, Mr. Bosse has been rendered into an elderly version of a giggling, crying baby, complete with a Sesame Street obsession and giant Bert and Ernie. Decide for yourself if that’s amusing or not — as Mrs. Bosse points out, it’s not particularly awesome to be living with a laugh addict. But if the Internet is here to provide us with precious glimpses of other worlds, the interplay between Mr. and Mrs. Bosse proves that the Internet is doing it’s job.
