This is the most adorable non-corgi video I’ve seen on the Internet. Apparently Huug Bosse underwent hip surgery and came out of anesthesia with a complete inability to stop laughing. And apparently to stop annoying his beleaguered wife. If you don’t speak Dutch, read the subtitles, unless you don’t want to be giggling like a baby too.Apparently, this is, according to a doctor CBS consulted, a case of pseudobulbar affect, a condition that causes excessive emotional outbursts.

Decide for yourself if that’s amusing or not — as Mrs. Bosse points out, it’s not particularly awesome to be living with a laugh addict.
