In Part 2 of the Guide to the Competitive Cocktail Circuit, our host Chris Kevin watches as the semi-finals of the Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition unfold. A lot of preparation goes into the competition—including the creation of a promotional video by each of the bartenders. Tom Walker, last year's competition winner, explains the process to Chris, and we watch as these nervous bartenders show off their talents—and their signature recipe—to the panel of judges. These competitors do everything they can to differentiate themselves from the crowd, and prove that their drink is a legacy worth championing amongst the mojito and the daiquiri.
