A year ago we were tipped to the pop of Moxie Raia—a 25-year-old singer from LA via New Jersey whose vocal runs are lithe, and her hooks, as on her 931 EP, are instant, blending streetwise sass and plenty of soul. The reaction she's been getting since then has been buzzy, with those plays ratcheting up and up, but what happens when she's faced with an arena full of potential fans? Will she deliver? This past summer Moxie scored the biggest opportunity of her career thus far, opening for Justin Bieber on his world-concurring _Purpose _tour, performing her music for Beliebers for five straight months. So we decided to join her in LA, as she prepped for this major moment. Then, we went out on the road with her too. Watch below.
