Not for nothing, Kansas did their best to dig in after tying the game up at 82 points at the end of regulation. Jayhawks' Frank Mason III scored a career-high 32 points, and Devonte Graham hit a clutch 3-pointer with 10 seconds left, giving Kansas a last-gasp hope of tying up in extra time.But after Kansas fouled Iowa State, Monte Morris—who had 25 on the night—delivered two from the line, keeping the margin at a difficult three. Jayhawks' Svi Mykhailiuk botched a long 3-pointer at the buzzer, and the fate was sealed. Hopefully, the No. 2 (or 3) Jayhawks' upset to unranked Iowa State was just a little preview of what's to come next month. Because that was fun.
