Busta Rhymes, a guy who gets paid to rap really fast and look pissed off in music videos, brought some of his weird rage to the gym last night and wound up getting charged with assault, ABC reports.

Rhymes has had beef with an employee at Steel Gym in Lower Manhattan for a while now, according to DNAInfo. But it apparently escalated when the two got into an argument around 8:30 PM on Wednesday that quickly (and strangely) turned into some sort of aquatic brawl, where both dudes started pouring water all over each other. Then, according to police, Rhymes chucked a full cardboard container of Lean Body protein drink at the gym worker's head.

The employee sustained minor injuries and pressed charges, which Rhymes's attorney is calling "a bunch of bull"—a sentiment the MC echoed on Instagram a few hours after he was arrested.

"Thanks to everyone who helped expedite this evening for me," he posted last night. "I'm good and we're back to the grind. Heading 2 the studio 2 turn the bullshit into GREATNESS. I'm super good."

If the protein-shake incident went down as we'd like to imagine, Rhymes was screaming the words to "Break Ya Neck" while he rocked some poor towel boy in the dome-piece, his whole posse hyping him up from the sidelines. Sadly, it looks like we won't find out exactly what transpired until Rhymes shows up in court on November 6.
