Over 400,000 people are internally displaced across Libya due to conflict. The Tuareg camped out at an abandoned building site in Libya's southwest Sahara are some. Now that a fragile peace has been forged in the nearby oasis town of Ubari after over a year of war, there is hope that many can return home.
