Log on: The family of Heather Heyer, the woman who was killed when a driver rammed his car into a crowd of pedestrians protesting the "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, VA this weekend, set up a GoFundMe to prepare for her burial on Wednesday. The crowdfunding platform has raised nearly $225,000 and is no longer active since reaching its goal.

The 32-year-old paralegal was one of 20 people severely injured by the reckless driving of alleged murderer James Fields. He is currently in police custody and is being held without bail.

Log off: Internet domain host GoDaddy dropped the Nazi website, The Daily Stormer, from its servers after it published an article mocking Charlottesville victim, Heather Heyer. Women's and LGBTQ rights activist Amy Siskind saw the article and sent a screenshot of the post to GoDaddy on Twitter asking them if they supported Nazi content on their servers. Within 24 hours GoDaddy issued a statement on Twitter indicating that the Nazi-aligned site had violated their terms of service and would no longer host the domain name. The Daily Stormer had been actively posting Nazi content for four years, but GoDaddy is just now taking action.

Fighting words: Former contestant on the Apprentice and one of President Trump's White House Aides, Omarosa Manigault-Newman sparked controversy over the weekend at the National Association of Black Journalists' Convention in New Orleans. The panel was on police brutality and the dialogue between Manigualt-Newman, Moderator Ed Gordon and the fellow panelist devolved into a shouting match. Some attendees in the audience stood up and turned their backs on Manigault-Newman in protest. As a stand in for the White House's regressive policies around policing, Manigault-Newman was called to task for her role as director of communications for the White House's Office of Public Liaison. Midway through the panel, she exited stage left without an explanation.

Secret secrets are no fun: According to the New York Times, EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt is quietly dismantling the agency and environmental protections at the federal level. During his time in office, the climate change denier has actively avoided environmentalists, agency staff and the media to keep the public in the dark about what's going on behind closed doors. He's also eased regulations for the fossil fuel industry and has operated with as little oversight as possible, reports Vox.
