While politicians can get away with publicly defending their dick size and accusing an opponent's father of a presidential assassination attempt, stuff like that is nothing compared to the Worldstar-level riot that erupted between members of Turkish parliament this week.According to the BBC, the committee members were meeting to discuss changes to the Turkish constitution. Turkey's governing AK party and pro-Kurdish politicians got upset with the plans to strip MPs of their immunity from prosecution, sending the bureaucrats into all-out rage.Video footage of the riot released by the Associated Press Tuesday shows a tornado of suit coats, fists, and fury. Clearly these men and women were not messing around and were intending to inflict grievous bodily harm. At one point, a dude jumps on a table and starts booting people in their goddamn heads with his dress shoe. As infinitely shitty as our politicians may be, no debate on the floor of the House of Representatives has ever ended in such a mess.Several parliamentarians were reportedly injured in the chaotic fighting, which is obvious after watching this damn thing.
