Asma Maroof and Daniel Piñeda find inspiration everywhere. While producing as Nguzunguzu (pronounced en-goo-zoo, en-goo-zoo) the LA-based tag-team have searched almost every club scene on Earth for their far-sighted style of bass music—resulting in an auditory brand that traces elements of R&B, ghetto house, cumbia, kuduro, jungle and many other complex regional rhythms. Their celebrated tracks and DJ sets have been taking the world by storm as of late, with performances at many of the world's most innovative forums—like RBMA, where they are graduates and frequent collaboraters.

As one of the pinnacles of the Fade To Mind label and collective, this duo lays down an impressive genre-spanning mix for THUMP that will act as a hotbed for diverse sounds that work your feet and cranium in perfect unison.
