Red Bull Music Academy has announced the programming for this year's Montreal edition, taking place Sept. 24 to Oct. 28 at various venues around the city, with live performances, lectures, workshops, and more.

One of the many highlights is the Björk Digital Exhibition, which will feature five of the Icelandic artist's virtual reality videos, her interactive Biophilia app, and a retrospective of her music videos (she'll also be DJing back-to-back nights). The lineup features an intimate conversation with American punk trailblazer Iggy Pop, a collaboration between Toronto hardcore group Fucked Up and Inuk throat singer Tanya Tagaq, Detroit techno legend Theo Parrish, pioneering electronic composer Pauline Oliveros, Suzanne Ciani and Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, and much, much more.

There's plenty of Canadian talent too with performances from Tiga, Tim Hecker, Lunice, Chilly Gonzales, CFCF, Jacques Greene, Kara-Lis Coverdale, Jean-Michel Blais, and a label night host by Vancouver's 1080p. Aside from the events, this year's 70 Academy participants from around the world will take over the city's state-of-the-art Phi Centre facilities to work on music, with a team of studio tutors including Just Blaze, Deradoorian, and others.

Head over to RBMA's official website to check out the full lineup and get ticket info.
