Matt Neal, A 26-year-old on dialysis in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is offering to trade his size-10 Kanye West adidas Yeezy Boost 350s for a kidney.

"People are always joking that they would give a kidney for a pair of yeezy's!!" he wrote on the What Did You Wear Today Facebook page. "Well here's your chance, I'm 26 with 2 failing kidneys. Blood type: B+."

The sneakerhead blog Sole Collector quickly picked up Neal's story, and pointed out that Neal knows it's illegal to buy a kidney in the United States—he believes the whole "organ-for-kicks" barter system will be sufficient enough to circumvent the law.

In Michigan, there are currently 2,817 people waiting for kidney transplants, but with the insane amount of people dying for Yeezy Boosts, Neal is hoping he can cut the line.

If you have a size 10 foot, a desire for some Yeezy Boosts, and some organs to spare, reach out to Matt here.
