Two chefs are better than one, so chef Lee Tiernan teamed up with friend (and fellow Chef's Night Out alumnus) Brandon Jew to create a super simple, fast raw fish salad. In this particular recipe, Lee and Brandon combine sushi-grade Thai snapper with a shaved vegetable salad, but you can use any ingredients that catch your eye at your local farmer's market. Enjoy.
