Good morning, America. Welcome to the VICE Sports World News Roundup. Be sure to stop by daily for your morning headlines.

It's the 16th of November, 2015, and Sepp Blatter is still, technically, president of FIFA.

Two items on the Stade de France bombings that shouldn't be missed: the Wall Street Journal reported that at least one of the bombers had a ticket to the France-Germany match, but was turned away by security. Apparently, the intent was to set off the bomb inside the stadium and cause a stampede. Secondly, Sam Borden from the New York Times lays out what the two teams knew about the violence around the city, when they knew it, and how the rest of the evening unfolded.

The England-France friendly will be played as scheduled on Tuesday, at the FFF's insistence. All of France's players will play, including Lassandra Diarra, whose cousin was killed in the attacks.

Sunday's Patriots-Giants was the game of the year so far in the NFL. The Patriots retained their unbeaten record by the thinnest of margins, winning on a 54-yard field goal. The Giants missed several chances to put the Patriots away, but they were undone by poor clock management around the two-minute warning and a dropped interception on the Patriots' final drive. The Carolina Panthers also remained undefeated, and Peyton Manning had his worst game as a pro, going 5-20 with 35 yards and 4 interceptions before being benched. Yowza.

Big Euro 2016 news: Hungary qualified for a major tournament for the first time in 30 years! Let's all just party in Budapest for the group stage, yeah? The former soccer superpower is the 21st team to quality, meaning there are only three spots left, which will be determined on Monday and Tuesday.

Ronaldinho could be close to an MLS move, according to…himself. Hey, that's the best source of all, right? If the Superstar Formerly Known As Ronaldinho does play in MLS and dominates in Drogba-esque fashion, I will have even more serious questions about the league's quality.

Real Madrid legend Raúl officially retired after winning the NASL title (called the Soccer Bowl) last night. He had a good run. He should be rumored for a link to MLS by the weekend.
