Le1f, Jlin and the NAAFI Crew Join 2016 Edition of Berlin's CTM Festival

Mumdance, Rabit and Visionist are also among the last phase of artists announced for the winter festival.

OK, CTM. You've got our attention. The Berlin experimental festival dropped its complete lineup this week and it's a testament to the scene's growing musical diversity. Among the final wave of artists announced are American rappers Le1f and OG Maco as well as fast-rising footwork producer Jlin, whose LP Dark Energy landed at number nine on our list of best albums this year.

Berlin techno prince Rødhåd will also join the lineup alongside UK grime experimentalist Visionist and mysterious Dutch industrialist Gesloten Cirkel. Then there's Nidia Minaj—a fresh face among Portugal's Principe Discos crew—and Nkisi from NON Records, plus Mumdance, Rabit and members of the NAAFI crew: ZUTZUT and Paul Marmota.

They'll be joining the already-announced first wave of artists that includes Floating Points, Pole, and Pauline Oliveros. Everyone's favorite virtual pop star Hatsune Miku is also set to appear with Berlin producer Laurel Halo for a performance about "the commodified female body as governed by corporate regulation and normative social etiquette." Naturally.
