Sampha, Clams Casino, Dâm-Funk, and More Added to This Year's Red Bull Music Academy

The 2016 Montreal edition will also include a night dedicated to the city's legendary 70s disco scene.

Red Bull Music Academy has announced more performers for this year's Montreal edition, taking place Sept. 24 to Oct. 28 at various venues across the city.

Joining previously revealed headliners Björk, Iggy Pop, Theo Parrish, Fucked Up with Tanya Tagaq, Tiga, and Lunice, will be London singer-songwriter Sampha, experimental hip-hop producer Clams Casino, LA funk musician Dâm-Funk (who will be performing in a skating rink), Machinedrum, Buraka Som Sistema's Branko, The Martinez Brothers, Eclair Fifi, Venetian Snares, and more.

On Oct. 21, there will be a special night dedicated to Montreal's 70s disco scene and legendary nightclub Lime Light, featuring sets from resident DJs Robert Ouimet, Michel Simard, and Christian Pronovost, with special guests France Joli and Alexander Robotnick.
