From Lady Gaga to Laila Ali, the Internet has exploded with all sorts of criticisms against Ronda Rousey since her upset loss to Holly Holm last Saturday. One that has been receiving considerable attention is from 50 Cent's Instragram, posting a scene from Rocky IV with a bloodied Rousey photoshopped in place of Apollo Creed. The caption reads, "LMAO FLOYD TOLD ME TO POST THIS, he want me to do his dirty work," further instigating the recent rivalry that had been ongoing between Mayweather and Rousey.

But yesterday on FightHype, Mayweather issued an official denial of the accusations of him trolling the former UFC champ."That's not true at all. I haven't really spoke to anyone about the Ronda Rousey situation, just to set the record straight. I don't have anything against MMA fighters. It's just like boxing; you win some, you lose some. A true champion can take a loss and bounce back," Mayweather said. He went on further comment about how the Internet world has been reacting to the loss."I don't think it's cool how everyone is trolling her on social media. Certain things you have to learn. People will love you on Friday and then Sunday morning, it's nothing but negative comments and people making jokes and people making fun about you, which I don't think is cool," Mayweather said. "I've never been on the other side, so I don't know how it feels. I'm pretty sure she's a very, very strong person, but we still have to take into consideration that she has feelings."Fans might remember the underhanded blow Mayweather took at Rousey back in July of 2014 by saying "I don't even know who he is" when asked about the then UFC Champ. Rousey shot back by taking a jab at Mayweather's domestic violence charges in a post-event interview after beating out Mayweather for this year's "Fight of the Year" ESPY award. Then as the Internet goes, ridiculous propositions of a fight between the two started surfacing, though Rousey certainly didn't help the situation by saying she could win in a no-rules match up.That might seem less probable after Saturday night's performance, and holes in her striking game certainly contributed to her downfall. Mayweather has had only words of encouragement, however, and even offered some tutelage in the sweet science should she need it."I want Ronda Rousey to hold her head up high and don't let this discourage you. If you need help as far as with boxing, I'm here to help you. It's all about timing and inches. Her ground game is unbelievable. She'll be OK," Mayweather said. "I think that everything is just a learning experience.
