Chicago's Young Chop Shares Gorgeous, Trance-Styled Single With Johnny May Cash and Lil Dave

Chicago producer Young Chop has had an incredibly prolific couple of months. In October, he released the instrumental tape Choptober, followed by the release of a proper full length album in Finally Rich Too. Today he's kept the momentum going with the SoundCloud upload of a gorgeous, trance-styled new single, "Drugs," with regular collaborators Johnny May Cash and Lil Dave. While it's unclear if he personally produced the track, or of it was someone else on his Chopsquad Records, the ode to substances is euphoric enough that for the moment we are able to live with the uncertainty. Plug it in and bliss out to its pitch-bent piano melody and angelic choir pads.
