Earlier today, Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Alex Wood posted a somewhat cryptic video on his Twitter account, showing a man in a wrestling unitard wearing a tiger mask as the Survivor classic "Eye of the Tiger" pumped in the locker room. The man stalked around the room trying to fire everyone up. There was a distinctive lower-level wrestling promotion vibe to it all. It was hashtagged #WILLtheTHRILL.

Dodgers starting pitcher Kenta Maeda has a translator named Will Ireton, and judging from some of his Instagram videos, it seems safe to say that #WILLtheTRANSLATOR is also #WILLtheTHRILL.

Back to the videotape: Wood told everyone to head over to his Instagram account to see how it ended, and so that's just what we did. It was worth it, too, because Will was, in fact and as promised, pretty thrilling. The video continued roughly where it left off on Twitter, which was with "Eye of the Tiger" blasting in the Dodgers locker room and a half-nude Will the Thrill acting like a maniac.

He then strapped himself in to deadlift at least 360 pounds—the plates are 45 pounds each. But could he do it?

Hell fuckin' yeah he could do it! The locker room went nuts, and Will the Thrill went nuts himself. Some stories don't require any further elaboration.
