This time, he transforms the simultaneously simplistic and musically complex track to include elegant vocal snippets by a fellow Torontonian, L3MON. The altered production has a slithering play quality about it. It tiptoes from a dainty, toned-down trap pulse into a stirring vocal hook that re-arouses your resentment for that ex-lover. But, somehow, you kind of like it.
