Roots Manuva’s New EP Features Production From Switch, Crookers, Toddla T, and More

The five-track 'Switching Sides' is a Record Store Day exclusive.

UK rapper Roots Manuva has announced a new five-song EP for Record Store Day called Switching Sides. The vinyl release features three brand new songs, alongside two tracks from his 2015 album, Bleeds. The B-side holds instrumentals for all five tracks.

The EP was produced by Switch, co-founder and former member of Major Lazer, under his new production moniker With You. It also includes additional contributions from Crookers, Coldcut, and Toddla T.

Today, Manuva has also premiered the video for "Crying" (via Noisey), directed by Helmi and produced by Division Paris. "Pure genius, they are top flight people," Manuva said of his visual collaborators in a press release. "I wish I could work with more people of this nature with guts and passion and integrity coming from a bass culture background."
