Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett's virtual band Gorillaz emphatically announced their return this week, releasing details of their new album Humanz, premiering four new songs, and releasing an outlandishly creepy new video. It seems that Albarn and Hewlett were making sure that every last detail was perfect before re-emerging with a tracklist that features D.R.A.M., Vince Staples, Danny Brown, Carly Simon, and so, so many more.

Last night, they played Humanz in its entirety at a short-notice London show. They were joined by a gaggle of all-stars including De La Soul, Pusha T, Danny Brown, Anthony Hamilton, and Savages' Jehnny Beth. Britpop fans--they do exist!--were treated to a moment that they might never have expected to be a part of when Albarn's longtime rival from The North, Oasis' Noel Gallagher, joined the band too. Check out the videos below via Gorillaz's official Facebook page.
