Smirking libertarian price-gouger and once-consequential alt-right dingus Martin Shkreli is in prison right now. He’s waiting for his securities fraud case to go to trial. He faces up to 20 years behind bars. He had his bail revoked in September after offering his Twitter followers $5,000 for a lock of Hillary Clinton’s hair. Things seem pretty bad for America’s loneliest, meme-lovingest villain. And according to court documents, there’s a chance they’ll get worse.

Federal prosecutors have asked Judge Kiyo Matsumoto to seize $7.4 million in assets from Shkreli. According to court documents, the government said they’d like to keep the $5 million that he paid in bail, and make up the rest by taking Shkreli’s unique copy of the long-lost Lil Wayne album Tha Carter V, and his one-of-a-kind, possibly bullshit, possibly-sold Wu-Tang Clan album, Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.

"We will vigorously oppose the government motion," Shkreli's lawyer Ben Brafman, wrote in an email to CNNMoney.

"I will vigorously follow this bizarre news cycle," a Noisey staff member muttered under his breath.
