Who's in the Stormy Daniels sketch? The internet has an answer

A sketch of a square-jawed, white man looks a bit like Tom Brady, or Anthony Scaramucci, or Willem Dafoe, or Jon Bon Jovi or ... you get the picture.

Stormy Daniels is offering $100,000 to anyone who can help identify the man she said threatened her in a parking lot in 2011 over her alleged affair with Donald Trump. Naturally, Twitter is already on the case, thanks to a sketch that Daniels released during a Tuesday-morning interview on "The View."

Daniels and her lawyer Michael Avenatti, who also sat down with the ladies of "The View," asked anyone with information about the square-jawed, scruffy man to email “IDthethug@gmail.com.”

“His face is burned in my memory,” Daniels said of the person she said approached her and her infant daughter in a Las Vegas parking lot in 2011. The man, she said, told her to leave Trump alone and added, “That’s a beautiful little girl. It'd be a shame if something happened to her mom.”

So far, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady seems to be the prime suspect.

Daniels and Avenatti had originally planned to release the sketch last week but postponed the release when federal investigators suddenly raided the home, office, and hotel room of Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen and seized his records, including some related to a $130,000 payment Cohen made to Daniels in 2016. (Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, showed up at a Monday hearing in New York over that raid.)

It’s unclear if anyone has formally submitted tips, but Twitter sleuths weren’t content with just identifying one potential “thug.” (After all, Brady could have an alibi.) Instead, the detectives remembered that a lot of men — including movie stars and a one-time White House communications directors — kind of fit the description.

The interview on "The View" marks Daniels’ first live TV interview about her alleged affair with Trump; her interview on "60 Minutes" with Anderson Cooper last month had been pre-taped.
