Here's the Full Trailer for 'Solo: A Star Wars Story'

Finally, a good look at the troubled production.

After months of fretting and anticipation, Disney finally dropped the first full trailer for Solo: A Star Wars Story today. It’s got Han, Chewie, Lando, and the Millennium Falcon. In short—it looks fine.

Star Wars fans have been worried about this one. Originally directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller of Lego Movie fame, Disney booted the pair when the movie was almost finished and replaced them with Ron Howard, the director of beloved films like Apollo 13 and A Beautiful Mind (though let's be honest: at this point we know him mostly as the narrator of Arrested Development.) There were rumors of onset chaos, ad-libbing that made Disney nervous, and a lead so bad that the studio called in an acting coach.

The movie drops on Memorial Day—May 28—and it’s weird that audiences are only just now seeing footage of a major franchise tentpole set to release in three months. It stars Emilia Clarke, Woody Harrelson, Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian, and Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo.

A less than two minute trailer can’t ever tell you if a movie will be any good, but—despite all the onset drama—Solo: A Star Wars Story doesn’t look bad.
