Motherboard spent a week living in the lap of luxury. We explored lifestyles of the rich, from high-end bicycles to sex parties and weed. We took business class flights, tried $500 meal services, and paid a therapist $450 for a one hour walk through Central Park.
Our goal was to find out what money could pay for—whether it was time, comfort or style—and what it couldn't. We also wanted to explore what our society places values on at a time when we have more available at our fingertips than ever.
