After the September 11 attacks, Wilson Tang decided to leave his corporate job and become a restauranteur. He took over his uncle's dim sum restaurant, Nom Wah Tea Parlor, and dedicated himself to incorporating the neighborhood's hidden culinary gems onto the menu.
