Check Out a Clip from the 'Earthworks' Premiere Starring Animal Collective

Earthworks is a new three-part series presented by Live Nation and VICELAND that follows musicians on their journeys to destinations and brings much needed awareness to certain activist-friendly issues.

In the premiere episode, Animal Collective members Brian Weitz (Geologist) and Dave Portner (Avey Tare) head into the Brazilian rainforest to learn how different cultures and environments influence their music. While there they also investigate the reasons for the region's rapid environmental destruction.

In the next episodes of the series, VICELAND goes to avocado and butterfly farms in Mexico with Miguel. The final episode of the season returns stateside to check out the status of the Colorado River with Local Natives.
