Last month, in the midst of a North American tour, Leeds-hailing producer and DJ Rusko abruptly canceled a string of shows on the advice of his physician before returning home to the UK. In a social media update today (May 4), he told fans his upcoming shows this summer have been canceled as he begins treatment for gastric lymphoma, a rare form of stomach cancer."Regrettably I will not be able to make any shows this summer, but I do still have loads of music coming out which is awesome – and gonna cheer me up for sure," Rusko wrote on Facebook. "In the meantime if I'm a bit quiet you know why."
