"Don't leave for tomorrow what you can do today."

That's what Gabriel texted to several people in a group message in the days after a plane carrying members of the Chapecoense teamcrashed in Colombia. He felt that regret in those moments.

In an emotional video, Gabriel, a Brazilian who played in that national league before moving on to Arsenal in the Premier League, speaks about the plane crash victims, some of whom he knew. In Brazil, he had played for Chapecoense coach Caio Junior while they were at Vitoria.

Gabriel says that he had wanted to call him earlier this week, on November 26, but didn't. Two days later, Junior was among the 71 people who died in the plane crash. Gabriel gets teary-eyed and visibly sad as the video goes on, and it is heart-wrenching to watch.
