Good morning, America. It's April 8, 2016. Welcome to the VICE Sports World News Roundup. Be sure to stop by every morning for more headlines from around the world. It's a bit of a slow news day today, but here's what we got:

Well, the Europa League Dortmund - Liverpool match ended 1-1. It was a pretty good game! Afterward, Jurgen Klopp did his usual thing where he hugs all the players, only this time he hugged everybody from both teams.

This was all over my Twitter feed yesterday: John Terry released his picks for the PFA team of the year, and it's all pretty reasonable from a guy with a long history of doing unreasonable things.

Luis Suarez and his former agent have been talking a lot of shit to each other lately. Suarez says he's still owed money from some old transfer activity. His agent responded by saying that Suarez is lying and then upped the ante by saying the Barcelona forward has "mental issues" and that he can't do simple math.

The World Surf League has listed its Wipeout of the Year nominees.

Teams in Formula One presented a rare unified front earlier this week when they demanded a return to the 2015 qualifying format. The 2016 format used aggregate times. Yesterday, the FIA gave in to their demands.

Jean Segura of the Arizona Diamondbacks hit an inside-the-park home run against the Cubs and followed it up with some sort of somersault. He is a big dude. I'm not sure which feat was more impressive.
