These Sliders Will Be the Best Thing You Eat All Weekend

A perfect patty, bone marrow, homemade pickles, potato buns, and cheddar mayo add up to make these the best little burgers ever, courtesy of Chris Kronner from Kronnerburger.

Even a bad burger can still be pretty damn enjoyable under the right circumstances—say, while lounging around in your sweatpants with a few friends, watching your team win in a blowout. But why settle for overcooked burgers on store-bought buns, served with a squirt of sugary ketchup and a single slice of limp American cheese? It doesn't have to be this way. It really does get better.

Get ready to blow the minds of your guests with these phenomenal sliders from Chris Kronner of Kronnerburger, a beloved Californian burger institution that knows how to turn ground meat into magic.

This is why these sliders are incredible: They start with a homemade potato bun. Sure, you can substitute in some stuff from the supermarket if you're really in a pinch, but we all know that behind every great burger is a fantastic bun. Secondly, we have homemade dill pickles; none of that Vlasic bread and butter nonsense here. Then, of course, there's the patty, which Chris makes with a mix of aged chuck and sirloin, short rib trim, and brisket.

But wait, there's more. There are coins of wonderfully fatty bone marrow and breadcrumbs cooked in its fat. And finally, when it comes down to the condiments (which it always, inevitably, does) we have a mustardy white Cheddar mayonnaise that really propels this whole damn thing into the stratosphere.

And since these are sliders, figure that you'll probably have not just one, but a couple of them. Not that you'd be able to resist, anyway. You're welcome.
