ODESZA Could Be Releasing New Music Next Week

The Seattle duo uploaded a puzzling empty playlist to Spotify with the title "...._/..___.....," which could be Morse code.

It's been a good minute since Seattle duo ODESZA released new music. They've toured heavily the last couple years off of the strength of their sophomore album In Return and its subsequent expanded edition, but fans are well aware that Harrison Mills and Clayton Knight haven't released fresh original material together since 2015.

That's why the mysterious appearance yesterday of a new Spotify playlist titled "…._/..___….." on the group's official artist page is potentially so exciting. The playlist is completely empty for now, but it features dark blue artwork that Mills and Knight have never used before, possibly hinting at new material of some kind. Last March they confirmed over Instagram that they were working on a new album.

Some of the duo's fans on Facebook have even figured out that the title is Morse code for 4/25, reports Stoney Roads. Does that mean they've got new music coming out next Tuesday, April 25? We'll just have to wait and see.
