Enes Kanter is what we like to call "active on the internet" and we are all the more blessed by it. Last night, the Knicks center was on Twitter, taking pot shots at LeBron after his majesty got ejected from a game for the first time in his NBA career.The Cavs were playing the Heat when LeBron went in for a drive, missed the shot, and then charged at referee Kane Fitzgerald, demanding a foul (that may or—more likely—may not have been one) by pumping his fist and getting in Fitzgerald's face. So Fitzgerald rightfully T'd him up.

Heck, even Tyrone Lue agreed with the ref, saying, per ESPN:
"Yup," Lue said. "Should have got thrown out. Yup. … I really don't know what he said. He got kicked out. Want me to go against the ref? No, he got thrown out. He's out."
Well, Kanter was salivating while watching from the sides. His beef with LeBron has been escalating ever since LeBron said the Knicks passed up draft pick Dennis Smith Jr.—LeBron said he intended it as a knock against Phil Jackson, likely as another shot at the former Knicks president for referring to his business partners with the racially coded word "posse"—but Enes didn't see it that way. Enes thought it was a shot at New York's draft pick Frank Ntilikina, and so things got heated when they met up earlier this month.Lue later joked that James getting thrown out was one way to easily manage his star's minutes.
After THAT fight, and the subsequent Knicks loss (in which they blew a 23-point second-half lead), LeBron posted this petty-ass post:Which just about nobody liked.So here we are—after what feels like some long he-said/she-said middle school cafeteria gossip talk—with Enes Kanter watching LeBron get ejected with this glorious post, calling Fitzgerald the King of Cleveland:
