It's painstakingly obvious that Kenna wants to fuck you. Or at least in this song he does. With a galactic remix courtesy of Childish Gambino, the dude sure knows how to mix up funk, R&B, and sex. Kenna's truly brought slow jams into the 21st century and for 4 minutes and 25 seconds he let's us know he wants to "have relations." Fingers crossed those relations will last longer than the duration of this tune.The Ethiopian-born singer originally debuted this track on his EP, Imitation is Suicide: Chapter 1, produced by Chad Hugo of the Neptunes (he's also worked with JT and Pharrell over the years), and this is just one chapter in a three-part movement of EPs where Kenna experiments with everything from rock to hip-hop to electronica and funk. The guy has talent, and, as the Creative Director at MySpace and founder of water charity Summit on the Summit, it's hard to figure out when he has time to sleep.Props to Kenna for balancing the world on his shoulders while being a creative force behind so many different projects. We hope he still has time to get some.
