Beirut Announces First New Album in Four Years, Releases "No No No"

'No No No' releases September 11 via 4AD.

After four years, Beirut, a.k.a. Zach Condon, is putting out his new record No No No this September 11. From the sounds of it, the record will be emotionally heavy, which isn't a surprise considering this is Beirut, the king of making you cry into your cup of coffee. Apparently the album's conception derives from a mental breakdown Condon had while in Australia two years ago, and No No No is a testament to the pains and self-doubt he felt and suffered, and for the metamorphisis into something more productive and powerful within himself. Check out the song below, and catch Beirut on tour this summer.
