Facebook's vice president of global operations Justin Osofsky says the company must "do better" after it allowed a video of an apparent homicide to remain on its site for some time. Osofsky revealed it took some two hours to remove the video in which Steve Stephens, suspected of fatally shooting a 74-year-old man, films the moment he pulls the trigger.
